- Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the
manufacturing process.
- Must supervise staff, plan and approve production schedules, approve invoices
and manage budgets.
- Should establish and enforce policies and ensure all staff are meeting quality standards
while also maintaining safe working conditions.
- Should analyze and optimize processes to identify ways to
improve efficiency and increase productivity and also negotiate with vendors and contractors.

- 1 to 3 years experience in manufacturing and maintenance of precision tools.
- Hands on experience on all VMC wire cut EDM machines.
- Sound Knowledge of Tooling & Cutting Parameters.
- Knowledge of Inspection instruments. (Vernier, Micrometer, Trimos, Digital Height gauge)
